Having gone up or down the US East Coast a few times, I realize that little actual cooking is done at sea. Heating is more realistic. A couple of times before sailing we have frozen home cooked meals to bring, which is nice. This time we'll be in Florida before starting, so no home cooking. I can get plenty of canned food, also frozen meatballs and cooked chicken. Any other suggestions? What do you take to sea? The boat has a large icebox, three burner propane stove and oven.
